What payment options do we offer?
- International Customers - Checkout securely through PayPal.
- U.S. Customers - Checkout securely through our website, PayPal or Google Checkout
My order declined even though my credit card and billing information match. How can I place my order?
- Some banks and credit card companies do not participate in providing address verification. This is more common outside the U.S. If your address cannot be verified, the order will be declined. This practice is in place to protect both parties from fraud.
- Checking out with PayPal usually results in a successful order transaction.
- You may also call us with your credit card information. Although we make no guarantees, we will attempt to run the transaction in-house for approval. You can reach us at 1-859-341-5900.
- If there is a time barrier which prevents you from reaching us during regular business hours you can fax the front and back of your credit card to us for processing. Please email your order details to jennifer@ziser.com before faxing your credit card information.
I placed my order several times and my bank/credit card statement shows they are all authorized. Now my funds are being held for all these order and I need to have them released.
- Your financial institution is the only one authorized to release funds being held if your order declines. Contact your financial institution for further information on how long they are required to hold funds. Until address information can be verified the transaction is only authorized, not approved.
- Our site is secure and we do not have access nor are we authorized to access your credit card information.
